
This two-story Georgian apartment, located on the first floor and overlooking a leafy garden square in the heart of Bayswater, features impressive 4-meter ceilings and French doors that provide a light and peaceful atmosphere reminiscent of a Parisian home. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, with the option of additional guests on request with its flexible sleeping arrangements.
On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a loft bed, allowing for a maximum of three occupants per room. Additionally, there is an office with a single sofa bed, accommodating one guest. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, while a family bathroom is accessible just a short flight of stairs away.
The décor emphasises space and light, blending historical elements with modern luxury. The reception room seamlessly connects the open kitchen and living area, with double-aspect French doors that flood the space with natural light. There is a full-size dining table for six people, a beautiful piano, a daybed and high-quality projector for movie nights.
The original Georgian stucco is beautifully complemented by elegant continental European design elements from the late '60s, as well as works from contemporary artists and designers who are personal friends of the owner. Notably, the apartment also boasts eco-friendly features that reflect the owner's commitment to sustainability.
With Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park only a 3-minute walk and Paddington Station, the new Elizabeth line and 5 different underground lines within a 5-minute walk (Paddington, Lancaster Gate), this location combines relaxing nature with inner city connectivity, art and culture. The V & A, the Science and Natural History Museum as well as the Royal Albert Hall are a stroll away across the park; the Serpentine galleries and Kensington Palace are in the park itself.

This flat is in a terrific location just minutes from Paddington Station and walking distance to several different tube stations. The flat is set up very well with three bedrooms with lofts and 2 bathrooms. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. I would love to stay here every time I return to London in the future.
Public review We had a great stay and felt very much at home. Tomek was very helpful and accommodating. The place was beautiful, very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The location is also perfect for a quick walk to Hyde park, Paddington station, many restaurants and we appreciated the quiet street. The large projector to watch a football match or movie was a big hit with our kids after a long day of exploring the city. And we really enjoyed the extra special touches such as the filtered water, plants, flowers, etc. We would highly recommend.
This is truly an exceptional home. The entire experience from the initial reservation to arrival and stay was made easy due to Victoria and Tomek's attention and care. Victoria provided insight to our stay. Tomek provided us with not only fresh bread, fruit and flowers making our time there that much more comfortable, but also tips for shopping and restaurants. Both were readily available for questions and concerns. The flat is so beautiful that the pictures don't do it justice. The art is lovely, engaging and at every turn. The location couldn't be better being steps from Paddington Station, cafes, markets, Hyde Park, and more. We fell in love with London and this flat. We are already planning our next vacation there!

Beautiful place with amazingly high ceilings in a great location. A few quirks in the house which comes with any older building but it added to the charm.
Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. AS you'd expect, a fair amount of stairs. Nicely set up. Washer but no drier (there is airer) this is because its very environmentally friendly - Nice tub and shower in second bathroom. No bathroom on Ain floor. Wonderful patio to sit and have breakfast or coffee.
The apartment was better than the picture, huge and full of light, amazing art and books. The area is great, peaceful but within easy reach of lots of things to do, plus the park is close by.
Perfect location for my family of four. The kids each had separate bedrooms which made the stay very comfortable. Very nice area which was easily walkable to an underground stop and a variety of restaurants. Very comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. Would highly recommend and will stay there again in the future.
Fantastic apartment! Book it now! Really well located between a number of tube stations and 5 mins walk from Heathrow Express. The flat was absolutely gorgeous and really suited us - 2 kids and 2 adults. There was a separated study so I could also get some work done in peace. Check and out was very easy.
Very central to everything we needed . We loved the projector. Beds were very comfortable . We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and lived the finishing touches . A fantastic place to stay at for family . We had a great time , thank you!
We had a fantastic stay in December and can’t wait to return. The flat was light-filled, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and spacious, with plenty of room for 5 of us to spread out comfortably. The location is perfect — a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of great restaurants close by (Laurent serves excellent coffee and plenty of breakfast options), an easy walk to the train station and tube stops, & only minutes from the park. Fiona was a fabulous host, ready with dining recommendations and graciously allowing us early check-in and late check-out. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
