This beautiful apartment can be rented in its entirety as a 5 bed 2 bathroom apartment occupying all 3 floors or as a 3 bed one bathroom with balcony and roof terrace ( this occupies the top floor only). Please be aware that if you rent the top floor apartment (the 3 bedroom), you will share a staircase with the apartment below (where the Host sometimes resides) and will need to pass through it to access the top floor. The top floor is entirely self contained however with kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Once upstairs you are entirely self contained and the doors all have locks. The lounge has two lockable bedrooms leading off, and also leads out to the private balcony with direct access to the roof terrace which will be entirely private during your stay as no one else will have access. The third bedroom is off the hallway. Please be aware that the apartment is at the top of a grand period building so there are a lot of steps. The entire top floor is an apartment in its own rights with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and balcony and roof terrace. There is a shared entrance and the Host occupies the lower floor of the apartment so the staircase is shared but once upstairs everything is entirely private. Keys are accessed through a keybox. Please note this is a grand, period building and the apartment is up five flights of stairs, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues! It does have the wonderful views though so is an absolute delight and a true gem in a great, central location.
