This truly special wing of a home with own private entrance is set on a tree lined Crescent Road just a short walk from Hampton Court Palace, the River Thames, and all the wonderful antique shops and eateries this beautiful part of the world enjoys.

You will be truly spoilt for choice as this location is second to non – with off street parking and free on street parking, your spacious 2 bedroom wing benefits from a large and very grand double aspect drawing room, which overlooks the abundant green lawns.

The two bedrooms are both very spacious with king size beds. One overlooks the gardens, and the other, with French doors leading out to a balcony, overlooks chimney tops and the quiet driveway. The bedrooms share an elegantly finished shower room, with very large walk in shower. There is an additional WC downstairs.
Your own private area of the garden is sun drenched, with table and chairs to enjoy an alfresco dining experience in this quiet, nature filled space. Perfect for enjoying switch off time with a book and relaxing with a cold glass of wine.
You will also have access to a utility room with washing machine and dryer (in the basement).
Theowners living accommodation is separated by a locked room behind your entrance hall.
You are perfectly located here to enjoy the Royal parks (just a short stroll from Bushy Park and a short train ride or drive to Richmond Park).
There are regular trains to Wimbledon (for tennis) which takes 21 minutes and London Waterloo is 49 minutes away.
